Clarifying Goals.  In order to ensure that we efficiently use the time we have with our clients, it is important for us to clearly establish the goals we intend to work toward.  With this in mind, CoreWeb reserves the first ten weeks of each engagement for a planning and implementation stage.  This foundation is critical in determining the overall success of the project by setting meaningful goals for both CoreWeb, and our clients.  We strive to always ensure open, productive dialogue during this critical planning and implementation stage.

Learning and Improving.  Every month, CoreWeb schedules a meeting with each one of its clients, with the purpose of reviewing the progress of the past and to discuss potential modifications for the future.  CoreWeb’s software and services are not static, instead they are in a constant state of change, always being improved upon; these consistent improvements manifest into tangible movements forward for each client, towards the achievement of our shared goals.
